Shockingly bad service
After waiting very patiently for my size S in the strength range of rings, a size S and a half was delivered to Bella and Me. Yet again the incorrect size. Unbreakable man is halfway there except the ring is too big for me and I cannot wear it. This is the second time that I have been disapointed by Unbreakable man and I do not understand how a business can be run in this manner. Firstly the incorrect rings were sent and now the incorrect size. Poor service to say the least

I think in this case the issue lies with your finger sizing being different to what was ordered. I can assure you that we sent you a Size S in your size.
Our rings all come with a built in comfort fit as a standard, and as a result there is an extra 1/2 size built into the ring to accomodate the comfort fit, which takes up some of the size on the inside of the ring.
Some jewellers do however interpret this as a size S1/2 depending on the tools they have available to size the ring.
The fact that the ring doesn't fit you however, leads me to believe that you are in fact a size R. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for the incorrect ring size being reported. We supply what is ordered, and in this case made a special arrangement to get your ring to you as quickly as possible.
We would also have appreciated you getting in touch with us via email or phone, before reporting 'bad experiences' on HelloPeter. Had you gotten in touch with us directly, we could have ensured that this experience was mitigated.
