Pathetic Service is OK???

I bought a ring at the Wedding Expo on the 1st of March 2015. The ring was too big and they promised the correct size will be delivered LATEST Wednesday 4th of March. After I had to follow up on the Thursday, then promised the ring will be delivered on the Friday 5th of March. Delivery was never made... I decided to phone the Courier on Monday 9th of March, according to them the ring was never ready for collection. Yesterday I get an email saying sorry they looking into the matter, the person that handled the collection is currently at a Show... oh my.... I hope they don't catch more people the way they caught me. <br> <br> It is more than a week ago that the ring was supposed to be delivered by them... <br> <br> Pathetic service. <br>
