pathetic service

I placed and order for a ring via Bella and Me, as I was told that they are the only suppliers in Cape Town. I was told that it would take a maximum of 14 days. It has now been almost a month. When I enquired on my order I was told that they had sent the incorrect rings and sizes to the shop and my order was not even part of it. A deposit was paid and I still do not have my order. Bella and Me do not know when my order will arrive as it is very difficult to get through to Unbreakable Man.
