I have paid and have not received my order!

I placed an order with Unbreakable man and PAID for it including delivery.<br> I received an email stating that the order was collected and afterwards another email stating that it was cancelled. I have emailed various people at Unbreakable man and no one has bothered to reply. The contact number keeps ringing without any answer. I do not know why the order was cancelled although they have received my PAYMENT! And they are not answering any of my emails!
