Best customer service.. EVER!
I ordered a men's wedding ring from the website. It was delivered to me a couple of days after placing the order, but unfortunately it was too big. I emailed and called Jacqui to ask if I could exchange it for a smaller size, but any smaller size was out of stock. This was for the 6mm ring. Jacqui then suggested that she can send me the 8mm ring in the size I need, at no extra cost to me. She has truly been a joy to deal with. Extremely accommodating and friendly, and all without even a hint of the usual: \Well sorry
