bad customer service- no custom designs as advertised

<p>After requesting a custom design and providing pictures and instructions as they requested, I needed to spend months following up on emails with no response. I am eventually told that they cant do the design - but they refuse to explain which part. They said to look for pictures and send to them and maybe they can match with the suppliers current product catalogue. Without any direction of whats not possible vs possible, I again asked the company for clarity on designs. Received a *****y email stating theres only so many ways they can explain that the design cant be made. No help, no feedback, no guidance. not interested in helping AT ALL</p>
