Was really worried at first. Spoke to the consultant and took me through all the steps. They said the device would arrive in 2-5 days. It arrived the very next day. Phone looks new to be honest. Awesome service and very friendly. Would definitely recommend unboxxed to my family and friends. Pity I could only give a 5 star. Definitely deserves more than that.
