Poor customer service
I requested a cancellation of purchase which was not yet delivered. I was told the cancellation was processed successfully and I will receive a refund within 7working days. No refund was Paid and an anonymous parcel was delivered instead from regener8group which is not even Unboxxed. I had bad experience with you/ your store.
