Amazing support
I ordered a Galaxy A3 phone, which was in excellent condition. After a few weeks I experienced a problem with the screen going blank on occassion. Unboxxed provided amazing support throughout and shipped me a replacement phone that is working beautifully. Great to have a company that looks after its customers.
