Unauthorised debit order by Value Added Rewards

I received an SMS that my acc2will be debited on 190215. This is utterly shocking as I have never had anything to do with Value Added Rewards. I asked a friend and he said his bank could not stop the debit order. He is thus forced to reverse it every month. I thus kindly seek your assistance in stopping Value Added Rewards from debiting my account
