Please stop calling me.
Good day,
I am requesting nicely that this company, its staff and representatives stop with the harassment.
I am not interested in any of your marketing products.
Please see the below. Spam noun 1. 1. irrelevant or unsolicited messages sent over the Internet, typically to a large number of users, for the purposes of advertising, phishing, spreading malware, etc.
• Consumers also have the right not to be bound to unsolicited communications (spam) offering goods or services and the sender of the unsolicited communication must at the request of the consumer provide the identifying particulars of the source from which it obtained the consumers personal information. A person who continues to send unsolicited communications to a consumer after having been advised that the unsolicited communications are not welcome, commits an offence. • Section 45 of the ECT Act requires the sender of an unsolicited commercial communication to observe 3 rules: firstly, to provide the consumer “with the option to cancel his or her subscription to the mailing list“, secondly, to furnish the consumer “with the identifying particulars of the source from which that person obtained the consumer’s personal information, on request of the consumer” and thirdly, not to send a second unsolicited commercial communication to a person “who has advised the sender that such communications are unwelcome“. Spamming can be considered a ******** offence as stated below. • If a sender fails to do one of three things she is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to an unspecified fine, or a maximum of 12 months imprisonment. So please remove any or all contact information of myself from your contact list. Failure to do so will leave me with no other choice but to escalate this matter so that the guilty party/ies will be prosecuted accordingly. Regards, Ricado Frank
