Clicks Farrarmere

I had a terrible experience attempting to drop off a Pargo parcel at Clicks Pharmacy Farrarmere. The store manager was exceptionally rude, condescending, and outright unprofessional. Instead of assisting us or explaining any policy calmly, she shouted at us infront of other customers. She bluntly refused to take our parcel, and told us to take it to another Clicks as she won't take it! The aggressive and disrespectful way she spoke to us made us feel utterly humiliated. Absolutely zero customer service or basic decency. So disgusting as this is not how you treat customers. Absolutely appalling behavior for someone in a leadership role. I will not be returning to this branch, EVER!
