<p>If Umzuzi calls you about any unclaimed benefit you may have, say thank you and contact the fund managers directly. Umzuzi is the tracing agents and all they do is pass the documents on. I contacted them for an update on my claim and after 2 weeks they called telling me to call Alexander Forbes who are just as useless. If you submit a claim I strongly recommend you call them regularly as they tend to 'forget' to submit claims to the administrator. </p>
