Umzumbe municipality is the worst municipality ever. they called me and told me my application SMMEs funding was successful and added me into a group with three other beneficiaries and they always updated us with trainings to attend and they told me there I have to wait for my award letter and it never came only to find out that later that the other three companies got the funding except for my company and when they are being asked why, they saying its an error. I'm so disappointed in this municipality and their service delivery, I had hopes that through their service delivery poverty will be alleviated.
