Umzimkulu River Marina Accommodation Nightmaree

Booked into Umzimkulu River Marina for a 4 night stay. We had no gas or lighter for the stove the first night. The TV was not working. We were not told to bring our own drinking water prior to arrival. We had no hot water at all for two days and had to use the adjacent unit to shower in on night 2 (which wasn't much better) And the unit (Unit 5), was uncomfortably cold with no heater supp****. There is also black mold in both units' bathrooms on the ceiling. Had to keep our dog on her leash permanently as the owner has a ridge back which is temperamental. My husband and son got bitten all over their legs from the insects at the rivers edge. We checked out early and Geraldine has refused us our refund on the last two nights. She should not have taken any bookings knowing they had issues with hot water supply. We feel ******. Most awful experience. We now have to take up matters with our lawyers to get our refund.
