Horrible experience! Umzimkulu River Lodge now trading as Emkhosini Royal Sun

The accommodation looks NOTHING like the photos. Gaint Cabin shockingly poorly maintained, completely loose balustrade on the balcony, nails sticking out the floor, oven not functional, showers and bathrooms dirty and mouldy. We booked in December and as we arrived realised the place was unhabitable. We are now fighting for our refund which the owners do not want to pay back. Do not book here!
