Decrepit Accommodation

<p>We booked to stay at the lodge from 17th to 22nd April!</p> <p>Mangrove cottage by no means met with our expectations! The place was in a decrepit state.</p> <p>The website pics are quite deceptive as it shows the cottage is in mint condition.</p> <p>We based our booking based on what is presented on the website!</p> <p>The pics I took are totally different to what is presented. It is a neglected cottage in severe need of maintenance.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was prepared to leave IMMEDIATELY but stayed the night since Steven***ner) promised better accommodation the next day!</p> <p>The Woodlands cottage was cleaner, however the steep staircase was not suited to my VERTIGO!</p> <p>So, I checked out immediately as he could not offer any other suitable accommodation!</p> <p>Hence, a refund for the following is a fair request:</p> <p>Deposit: R2500</p> <p>When I phoned the Owner Steven( ********** 458) about the deposit refund he was extremely arrogant and said that I could take him to court if I wish but a refund will not be forthcoming!</p> <p> </p>
