Terrible Service

I booked 2 rooms 2 weeks in advance.On my arrival with my guests the hotel lady(Thozama) said the place is fully booked. We had no where to sleep.They make us wait while waiting for the room and finally to offered us 2 rooms and we realized that the rooms where for hotel workers not for guests.I.am.deeply disappointed.They don't have booking system and generally the place is awful.Not recommended...Bad and terrible service.The rooms they offered us have broken drawers,broken doors and in the morning there was no hot water for bathing...terrible terrible service..Don't go there .
