Umvuzo payment solutions - Nathi Connect debit order without authorisation

Please help!!! A debit order was deducted from my account 01 Nov without my authorisation. I called the number that was given to me by my bank. On 05 Nov I called Umvuzo and was told in 5 days they would get back to me. Today I was told their finance department didn't come back to them yet and their telephone is out of order. Company that mvuzo is collecting debit for is Nathi Connect. (Cant find this company listed)It is R99.00 which might not be a lot of money to some people. My concern is how did they get my banking details.
