worst service!

<p>I was rushed to ARWYP hospital the 9th of May 17. I had the worst abdominal pains. </p> <p>Umvuzo has since refused to pay out the hospital and Lancet lab payment. their reason is that I did not call in to request authorisation. a consultant,Katlego,told me to send a "motivation" why it should be paid. I sent this,still they are refusing to pay.</p> <p>I was rushed to hospital that night anf was immediately put on a pain management system, when was I supposed to call their call centre for authorisation? the reason we have medical aid is for such instances. </p> <p>I had an operation recently with regards to these abdominal pains, so you can only imagine the pain I go through.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been served with notice for legal action because umvuzo has not paid. the consultant told me to go settle my account myself and that even if I claim a refund ,chances are slim that I will get it!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
