Worst of the worst

Worst medical scheme, unhelpful staff most of the time. You wait 45min for your call to be answered, you could die waiting for authorisatio that takes hours and even a day to be done. Then theres chronic medication they refuse to pay for, which in my case is all my meds. They take you from pillar to post for even the most minial of queries. My entire experience with them has been disappointment to depression inducing.
