WAITNG 1 MONTH FOR AUTHORISATON NUMBER

Member 207501. I was told to get a referral letter for speech therapy sessions for my child (From my GP) that I sent on 5 August , I made a follow up the 18th via email and again no response. I called last week - waited for more than 15minutes on the call for someone to answer and plan me music. This was not my first call as I had called before the 18th and no one picked up. I asked for a callback but no one answered. Pathetic service. I give this medical aid 5 years and it will not exist anymore.
