Very poor service

Umvuzo did not pay an assessment for a speech therapy evaluation. They said I must provide a letter of motivation. I waited for 2 months and did not get any response. I tried to contact them telephonically but NONE of their phone numbers is working. I contacted them through the whats app chats and had very slow responses. They assured me that they escalated the process. I waited two weeks with no response. I followed up on the process and I still haven't gotten any communication. It is impossible to communicate with Umvuzo health medical aid. They do not take their claims seriously and then as a result members CANNOT receive the care they need. I am VERY unhappy and disappointed with this medical aid.
