Useless umvuzo health

Useless! Stop giving money to these ****mers! Been waiting on refund payment for almost 2 months, I get told my payment will be done by end of the week and still nothing. On inquiry I get told its still in review but just few days ago they say the payment is done. Service providers refuse this medical aid because they are not getting payment from umvuzo. They don't want to pay for the simplest thing that you are covered for. If you have kids don't put them on this nonsense medical aid. Pay the extra few hundred and get yourself a decent medical aid. You will keep explaining the same thing thousand times when you phone the call center to a clueless consultant who will the hang up on you. Guys please stay away!
