Unpaid invoices

We have been calling the call center and we are not getting any assistance from the rude staff that's not even willing to assist. How can we be paying our monthly premium and the Gp's are not paid and we are being hownded for collection. I am at the verge of moving to a better and efficient medical scheme because as a consumer I cannot be paying for medical bills that you are liable to pay for as per the agreement. We use our airtime when doing these calls and yet your consultants never call us back even when they promise to do so. People like Margaret and Fikile do not deserve to speak to customers at all because they are very rude and they don't have customer service. Your urgent response with regards to this would he highly appreciate befor I refer the matter to my Lawyer to intervene. Believe me I would not even recommend you guys to anyone in my circle your service is disgusting.
