Unpaid DR bill
Hi My name is Mapaseka Selahle I am dependant 10 on my husband medical aid...
M so sick n tired of this medical scheme we always having problem with it and they never available to assist, they never paid my medical bill for 23 November 2023 for gynaecology they authorised for me to go and see now the hospital is calling me everyday for payment...we paying our monthly premium without fail yet they fail us...This is not on , their customer service is very poor up to this day been calling and sending WhatsApp to no assistance
