Unhappy With The Service Received
I made a call to Umvuzo Health yesterday between 12:45 and 13:16. The first lady I spoke to was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me while I was asking her questions. She seemed very impatient. I then called again and spoke to Sarah, explaining my previous experience with her colleague. She took down my details and assured me she would speak to her Team Leader, promising they would get back to me. However, I am still awaiting that call. Fast forward to when I spoke to Sarah about my query: there's a doctor who claimed something, and I am not fami**** with that doctor. Sarah advised me to send an email. Below is our conversation
