UMVUZO Payments not paid as set out under UMVUZO Activator Plan

Lancet Lab account was not paid, UMVUZO HEALTH claims that I was not referred by my nominated GP, but my nominated GP who referred me to lancet was paid in full. On previous referral to Lancet Lab account was paid in full. Useless trying to get this sorted via email or telephone, every time I have a query I need to drive to there offices to sort it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
