UMVUZO **** PATHETIC MEDICAL AID
This medical aid is absolutely pathetic. First they refused my hospital admission for my back. After theyve cost us money for the spinal programme just so they can decline it twice. Now my wife has a major OP she has to go for and they decline it also. All the small stuff they are very quick to cover but now that it can be life threatening they decline. We will take this to the Ombudsman and get a lawyer to handle this my Wife stand a change to get cancer if this is not done. You are a **** PATHETIC USELESS disgusting EXCUSE OF A MEDICAL AID. YOU LOVE TO TAKE OUR MONEY EVERY MONTH BUT ABSOLUTELY NOT THERE WHEN WE NEED YOU. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE NAME UMVUZO

17 Feb 2026, 11:16Today is the 17th and still no call or assistance from UMVUZO and abobe all this they refused my wifes doctor visit does not want to cover that its been exactly like that with me when they declined all my stuff. This is absolutely pathetic why do we pay you then every month. Just so when we need you then we can just die if it was up to you
