Umvuzo never paying for medical expenses.

I think Umvuzo management write their own positive reviews because I haven't met anyone happy with the service they render.

I've just received a sms, stating that I have to pay R2033,22 without any explanation from Umvuzo.

Mind you, I'm paying more that R8000 per month and I can't do anything with the medical aid as everything gets declined. No over the counter medication, when my kids are sick, I have to pay.

Last year I was threatened with lawyers by service providers because Umvuzo refused to pay.

I don't know what I'm paying for because I'm not really using the medical aid and when I do try to use it, I have to pay out of my pocket.

To anyone thinking of using this medical aid, you're on your own, don't say that you weren't warned.

I can just as well save that R8000 + and have more than R96 000 each year to spend on medical needs for myself and my family.

Useless indeed.
