Umvuzo medical scheme - STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Guys please think twice before moving over to Umvuzo medical scheme. We moved over to Umvuzo January this year because it all seemed so promising for me and my life partner and we could afford it to go onto their top plan. Well to be honest we were looking for a good medical aid because since 1998 i am struggling with my woman parts and need a medical aid that will support me. Well i was wrong. I went to a Gynecologist and she said that my ovary is growing and that I have cysts on the ovaries. That is what causing the pain. Well the medical aid then send me for x rays then to a professor in Pretoria. Now i must go for physio. I dont have money to travel once a week to Pretoria for physio and if that is not working then he will operate. I am sorry. I am in a lot of pain for two years now. And now the medical aid doesn't want to approve my operation at my gynecologist and I must live with this pain because i dont have money to travel to pretoria once a week for 6 weeks.
