The worse unprofessional and slow service ever...my family and I been with this scheme and every year we are disappointed we thinking of living them. They never pay the doctors bills in full and when we pay cash and ask for refund they don't, making up stories that we not covered for the procedure when we clear aware of what we covered for and saying they don't do last years refunds but we sent 2021 refunds proof of payment. They never call or follow as promised and when you call them you get transferred to different department wasting alot i mean alot of airtime and at the end your issue is not resolved.....THE WORSE MEDICAL SCHEME
