Umvuzo medical aid terrible services

I am so disappointed In umvuzo standard services. I don't even know where to start. My husband and kids have been on umvuzo Supreme for more then 8 years. As soon as we went a plan lower and I joined every went to ****.

We were careful to request from umvuzo a list of network GPs. We selected 1 and have been receiving accounts. I called umvuzo they said the Dr is not a network gp. I said but I got it on the list from umvuzo they said they would send me a new list. I received the list it infact again show that that Dr is on the list. We have been to this gp 4 times and received a account that medical aid is not paying.

I have been calling and emailing and too now excuses and bad services. I followed procedures and infact I'm being billed while alos paying medical aid every month.

This is only the half of it, I'm so frustrated and eve. More frustrated
