Umvuzo medical aid stay away.
Here we go again. Umvuzo medical scheme is the worst. Last year I had problems getting hospital authorization and now again this year. I must go in for an operation on Monday and still struggling to get authorization from this pathetic medical aid. They don't care about your pain or situation they knows better.
