Umvuzo medical aid. Disappointing and pathetic service

This medical aid is of no value to a person especially in their time of need. It's ad good as having no medical aid as their standards are not kept up to . When they advertise and try to get you to join the medical aid. They only tell you the good but none of what they say is actually kept up to. After my last review I was contacted by Nelson from Umvuzo medical aid. I had sent him all the bills which were received from the doctors and hospital and he had promised to get back to me so we can try and resolve this issue . However to date I did hear from Nelson and he has not given me any answers as to what can be done going forward. The case manager at St Augustines has said that they had received authorization from Umvuzo however Umvuzo has not paid them or the doctor. This is frustrating. I will be taking the matter to the medical scheme complaints board hoping to receive some assistance. Umvuzo does not deserve to be under the brands of medical aid as it is just a ******* to their clients.
