Umvuzo medical aid

Good morning my name is VANESSA Petersen and my husband is the main member of the medical aid so umvuzo was the best from the time we took it out and as the years went by they became the worst so let me start by the year 2023 when my husband went for a simple essay and we thought thy pay for it then same year I had to go a hysterectomy and the lady the did the arrangement for me said to me everything will be paid only to find out last month thy never paid in full so I got sick and needed to go back to the Dr the us when I found out it's never been paid in full so now my husband needed to yesterday for a exam at Netcare Alberton and our account is blocked coz medical aid did not pay an account of 2023 /08/31 and bought me and my husband is chronic patients so Friday I phn medical aid and the lady said thy can not pay Netcare coz my husband went in November for the same thing. My question is last year we had so much of funds left and in 2023 also y can thy tell me thy will not pay for the same thing I'm not a Doctor I'm the dr will not sent u for the same test if it's not necessary we even owe for the blood test we wnt in January the 5/91/2026 and yet we have to every 6 months please can anyone help coz my husband need to go urgently for this every time I owe Doctors and Radiology services so unfair y do we pay so much on ****ical aids now we owe the whole of the Netcare
