Umvuzo Medical aid
I am scheduled to go for operation tomorrow (05th December 2024) and up till now my status shows pending for authentication just because Umvuzo wants a motivational letter from my gynecologist and he feels that as a professional he will never do an operation just for fun so why do Umvuzo needs a motivational letter to approve an operation. Umvuzo we are loyal members for more than 17 years and never had operations or wasting our medical aid.So why do you need a motivational letter? Or am I applying for a job by you?
