Umvuzo is the pits

Umvuzo is one of the worst and most expensive medical schemes you can have. My wife had to undergo an operation last year and thinking that I am a loyal paying customer everything would be handled comfortably we had to run around with paperwork to and fro the hospital and their offices. Now the aftermath has struck us dealing with unpaid doctor accounts because of unaccepted invoices. Xrays that are unpaid. Why do you even advertise that we have the R50k Yandisa thingy. It is always nice to receive your premiums monthly but when it comes to servicing client via emails there is no response I have been sending claims mails up and down as I cannot afford to pay doctors accounts of more than R15k and stress cause the farm I am working at the branch staff are so unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional. I have an unpaid gynecologist account that I keep sending through but to no response. I also have Xray accounts that are not paid and is still not resolved. What happened to great service and value for your money.
