Umvuzo Health Pathetic service

a couple of months ago I went to see my gynaecologist, because I was in a lot of pain. doctor told me that a cyst had burst on my left side of my pelvic area, and that was what was causing the pain. he suggested that I go for a laparoscopy, but to my surprise Umvuso does not cover that procedure. I pay a lot of money each month for medical aid, but still get denied certain procedures, I still have a lot of pain and have been taking pain meds and that is not good for my kidneys.

if this medical aid was not compulsory for me to take I would much rather join a different medical aid. why do I pay all that money every month?

this is just bad service all the way...
