Umvuzo health!!!

I would like to share my experience at this medical aid i tried calling their customer service no help. I have been with it for years but all the years if I want to use gynaecologist or any specialistI have to go to the public hospital which I receive an exceptional service from Dora Nginza i am at peace with that because there's always stories I always end up paying cash with my medical aid.. but recently due to Covid I have to unfortunately use my medical. In June I called their call centre spoke to different consultants trying to ensure that my specialist visit gets approved... They said yes it is approved until the day I went paid cash and claimed from the medical aid as agreed.. they then sent me a letter saying they do not cover my condition (endometriosis) which was started and I declared years aggo with them. I do not know what to do I really need help. I am extremely unhappy with their service coz it's my life and my health they are gambling with.
