Umvuzo did not pay

So after alot of struggles the medical aid did eventually give authorization for the operation to be done, now 2 weeks later we are sitting will doctors bills. They did not pay the doctors that saved my husband's leg that had a growing tumor that could have let to amputation if not attended to.

When we call the medical aid they say the doctor didn't use the correct codes. When we call the doctors offices they say the medical aid said they did not authorize......

I am now a middle man of those squabbles for a medical aid we have been loyal to for 9 years.....

It hurts to think you have medical assistance until you need it and they refuse to assist.
