Umvuzo declining authorizationswith allrequested documents

wow their service has worsen so much over last few years always a struggle to get authorization. I was told I can get once off authorization for my daughter to do tooth extraction done in theater, as long as its 3 or more teeth including resin. I submitted all documents requested to get declined, but when it comes to the deductions month end their first to get paid this is getting ridiculous its not cheap to be a member but then to pay and be declined authorization is pathetic after I was told I can get authorization for it. I was previously told by Elaine De Waal at Umvuzo to speak to her directly if I ever encounter a problem again but they always refuse to put you through to her. As this is not the first time struggling to get authorization. can anyone please advise a good medical aid as we are thinking off switching, Umvuzo is getting useless.
