Umvuzo continually delays paying out claims

Umvuzo has still not paid patient for claims they settled in cash after more than a month of both the patient & practitioner mailing the paid claims & several calls. It appears like Umvuzo only responds to complaints on this platform. As the practitioner I was assured by Umvuzo that the patient would be paid by 30 June 2023 after the last complaint on this platform however payment has not been received. Once again I have received communication that payment will be made once banking details are sent. Umvuzo has both the patient & practitioners banking details. This is completely unacceptable!
