Umvuzi Nelson Mwale

I would like to pay my gratitude to one of your staff members, Nelson Mwale at Umvuzo health. This man has been such a great help over the last 6-8 months that I don't know what I would have done without him. His customer service is off the greatest standards seen in a long time. He always goes the extra mile without ever sounding tired or irritated in his job. Since also having worked in the medical field the last 18 years I know how utterly frustrating some patients/members can be but Nelson gas just got that personality that put him way above the rest.
