Umvuso is a ****

I had no idea that I was signing my own death certificate when I joined Umvuzo health.I am currently in the hospital with post op gallbladder removal complications and my Dr suspects that I have gallstones still stuck in my bile ducts.For 3 days now Umvuso has been giving us the run around about authorising a transfer to another hospital to do an ERCP which could result in diagnosis and removal of the remaining stones.Right now I am riddled by a horrible jaundice which is a symptoms of my liver failing and if it is left untreated for long it could cause brain damage,severe infection of the liver and pancreas or it could even result in cancer.There is no other alternative cure for my condition so basically I am just waiting to get worse and die.My aim when I joined a medical aid scheme was so if the unthinkable happens I will be covered because I certainly don't have the cash to pay for medical procedures out of pocket.If you read this because you were considering Umvuzo health please choose the other option this might just save your life.I will be taking this matter up with the ombudsman but who knows when it will be resolved and things are going downhill fast for me.I feel like a bad review is not enough to expose these ******,people need to know that Umvuso is a waste of their hard earned money and they should join a medical aid schemes that will value their lifes
