Thank you for raising your unhappiness, we do view it on a serious note.
When someone gets admitted, the admission is authorised. One of the requirements is the letter of motivation (LOM) which will state what procedure will be done and the reason thereof. This gets reviewed by the Clinical staff which includes the Medical Advisors who are medical Doctors. Some procedures are not covered by the scheme. The requesting practiced is advised before the procedure.
