Think twice before joining this medical aid, you will shortly regret it

I have been waiting for my refund since July 2022, the medical aid made me pay cash for my chronic medication by rejecting it and then after few days they decided to pay for the meds, I told them I have already paid cash and ask for the refund as my medication was under chronic management, they requested supporting documents I supp**** but they not bothering to repay me. Each time I follow up I get new reference numbers but no payment, they have been investigating the matter since July-22. Today (16 September 2022) I made yet another follow up and I'm sure I will get a new reference number.

I'm just making people aware how this medical aid operates, so if you are a new or looking to join just remember this is the kind of treatment you going to receive, think twice before joining this medical aid.
