The worst medical aid

Been with Umso since 2024 but lately it has become the worst nightmare .My daughter is asthmatic and they declining what the Dr is prescribing and their reason is limit reached. How does a patient reach limit on chronic medication. I have to pay medicine from my own pocket because Umvuso declines her medicine. With an uncontrollable asthma they are rejecting. I have to go to theater this coming Saturday been waiting for authorisation forever and they keep demanding medical records. This medical scheme is killing us yet we are paying a whole lot of money

Reviewer Update
Which updated script because that's the story I always receive.
The Dr has sent three different prescriptions after been dejected 😔 How will my daughter asthma be in control while medical aid rejects what is best for her.
It's unfortunate I cannot attach the communication I received from the scheme when I enquired hence you do not even up to date with how the prescriptions has been working.

I have to pop out my own money to pay to get her what the Dr thinks is best for her.
It's 3Am in the morning wide awake because she is struggling with the breathing and I am a working mom who in few hours have to go work .

I have rep**** to Ledwaba who send an email regarding this issue and attached the communication I received regarding this issue when I went to Umvuso office in my town to enquire for the hundred time.
You are failing us dismally so .
I am totally unhappy of how you review your claims because it feels like you are trying to save money while playing with people's life.
