The pre-authorisation process is a nightmare

Getting a pre-authorization on Umvuzo is my worst nightmare I've been sent from pillar to post, and now a day before my procedure I'm being asked for Ultrasounds, things no one told me about before. Even with the ultrasound I'm the one that had to call and ask on the progress of my authorisation, then I'm being told of ultrasounds. I don't think Umvuzo people understand that we request this procedures because I'm in pain. Now I must stay with this pain because I was supposed to do this procedure tomorrow but only now I'm told there's no authorisation. I'm extremely disappointed with this medical aid.
