The ANC government kind of customer service continues!!!
On the 30th of July 2024, I posted a review here at Hello Peter about the "Customer service offered at the level of ANC government". Umvuzo has been failing to refund me for March 2024.
Today it is the 12th of August 2024, I still do not have my refund. I still do not have my refund. It is only an ANC government where a person can complain for this long without being serviced.

We encountered an issue with the details on the invoice provided by your service provider. After reaching out to them, they have corrected the invoice. We have forwarded the revised document to our claims department for reprocessing.
